TiN nano-technology surface treatments fill stainless steel pores making the bearing races smoother, harder, and more durable than standard stainless races.
This product is lighter stiffer smoother and will last longer than other ceramic and steel bearings.

SUPER LOW FRICTION X-SEALS:
Patented technology uses Low Friction Dual Lip Seals housed in the
Premium bearings and CNC machined alloy cups. This allows the seals to
fit very precisely and allow for less contact between the rotating parts
in order to reduce energy-wasting friction. In addition, the seals
provide better protection for the bearings since there is less space
for the elements to get past the seals

NOTE:
These bearings are only sealed on one side. Due to the following:
The thickness of bearing is very
thin. It is only 5mm.
TBT bearing needs to be compatible with a nylon retainer. Because the nylon retainer is in low friction and it is
not going to rust. The nylon retainer inquires a larger thickness to keep
its function.
The ceramic bearing requires high
precision (ABEC5). The assembly of the ceramic balls on the inner/outer
race needs to be highly accurate. Each must be assembled by hand.

Lifetime Product Warranty:

have OMNI Racer products installed by a qualified mechanic, or
carefully follow directions provided with the product.  Always use a
torque wrench and torque bolts as specified.
Limits
of the Warranty: At its sole discretion, OMNI Racer agrees to repair or
replace products deemed by OMNI Racer to be defective in materials
and/or workmanship. OMNI Racer reserves the right to replace product
with like replacements that may have graphics or finishing different
from the original part.
Explanation of Warranty: It is the product users responsibility to
examine the product on a regular basis to determine the need for service
or replacement.  Not covered under this warranty are the following:
OMNI Racer products that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained.
OMNI Racer products that have been used in stunt riding, or for commercial use.
Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.
Damage from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship such as a users lack of skill, competence, or experience.
Any labor costs associated with the removal, replacement, or reassembly of the product.
